Dr. Koteswara Rao Pothala brings over 33 years of leadership in the power industry with deep expertise in asset lifecycle management, operations, and major project turnarounds. He has been instrumental in reviving national power assets and has held key positions such as Station Head, Director (O&M), and Head of Performance Monitoring at renowned organizations like NTPC and Reliance. Dr.Pothala holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Switzerland and is a mechanical engineer by training. Shri J.V.R. Prasad is a distinguished graduate of Andhra University and IIT Chennai, and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers as well as an esteemed member of multiple professional organizations. After excelling in the Indian Engineering Services (IES) examination, he joined the Indian Defence Service of Engineers and rose to the rank of Chief Engineer. His illustrious career encompasses leadership across the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and DRDO, where he managed and executed a wide spectrum of major projects—including multi-storeyed buildings, roads, jetties, harbours, airports, air force stations, and highly specialized military infrastructure. Mr. Prasad is a recognized expert in cantonment and nuclear structure planning.

He has also served as an arbitrator in central government contract disputes and possesses strong legal expertise through formal training at the Indian Law Institute, Delhi.
